Straight answers about stopping your membership and getting money back.
Cancelling your membership
- Cancel any time. Go to your profile, choose Manage billing, and cancel there. It takes about a minute and you do not have to ask anyone.
- When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for. You are not charged again after that.
- You can rejoin whenever you like at the price in effect at that time.
Refunds on the monthly membership
- Monthly payments are not refunded once the month has started. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- If you were charged by mistake — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — reply to any email from Stop Sleeping On AI or message Te-a inside the community and it will be put right.
One-time purchases
Digital products, templates, and one-time access purchases such as Freight Bae Vault are delivered immediately and are not refundable once you have accessed them, except where the law requires otherwise.

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
