Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Stop Sleeping On AI, a membership community run by Te-a Hudson at community.teajuannahudson.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your membership

• Stop Sleeping On AI is a monthly membership billed at $67 per month, charged to the card you provide through Stripe.
• Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your profile under Manage billing. See the Cancellation & refunds page for exactly what happens when you do.
• Prices may change. If they do, you will be told by email at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price.

Your account

• One person, one account. Do not share your login. Your membership is for you, not your team or clients.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 to join.

What you get

Access to the community, the Classroom and monthly Build Sessions, member resources, and live sessions, for as long as your membership is active. Content is added and updated over time; what is available may change.

Using the content

• Everything Te-a creates for the community — lessons, videos, prompts, templates, downloads — is hers. You may use it for your own business.
• You may not resell it, share it outside the community, repackage it as your own, or use it to build a competing product.
• What you post stays yours. By posting, you give us permission to show it inside the community.

How to act

The community rules in Start Here are part of these terms. In short: ask questions, show your work, respect the room, no spam, give credit, and protect other people’s private information.

Te-a may remove content or end a membership that breaks these rules. If a membership is ended for breaking the rules, no refund is owed.

No guarantees

The community teaches you how to build with AI. It is education, not a promise of income, results, or outcomes. What you build and what you do with it is up to you. AI tools can be wrong; check their output before you rely on it.

Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stop Sleeping On AI and Te-a Hudson are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the community, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.
